Redemption captures Marsh of Madness Keep
Late last night we rallied the troops and led an assault on the Destruction controlled Marsh of Madness.
At first there were only four or five members of Redemption. We were able to take down the guards and door easily enough.
But we were soon faced with the reality of the Keep Lord and his Champions. More of Redemption answered the call and we pushed on, taking down more Champions, and after a few attempts we perfected our technique and took down the Lord. This was not easy considering we had only 1 tank in the entire WB.
We followed up the victory with an assault on Barak Varr. We easily took the RvR Battlefield Objectives and moved on to the keep. By this time it was 12AM PST and the east coasters were nodding off. People started logging. After two failed attempts and some timely assassinations of our remaining healers by some Witch Elves we had to call it a night.
Even though this was primarily a ninja assault with little Destruction resistance it was a lot of fun and we gained some siege experience which we will continue to put to use in the days to come.
